YES YOU CAN. Amazingly, science has proven this. For 10 weeks Mark Haub, Professor of Human Nutrition at Kansas State University, ate one Twinkie every three hours instead of meals. To add variety to his experiment he also ate Hostess and Little Debbie snacks, Doritos, and Oreos. He lost 27 pounds in two months.
